Privacy Policy

The short version. Progload has no account system. Your training data is stored on your device and, if you turn on sync, in your own private iCloud. We cannot read it. We do not sell data, we do not run ads, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
Who we are
Progload is published by Fames Media LLC ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@progload.com.
Data you create in the app
Your training maxes, selected program, logged sets and reps, workout history, body weight if you enter it, and app settings are written to storage on your device. This data is not transmitted to any server operated by us. We do not operate a server that receives your training data.
iCloud sync
If you enable sync, the app writes a copy of that same data into the private iCloud container associated with your Apple ID, so it can appear on your other Apple devices. This uses Apple's iCloud service directly.
- The data is stored in your iCloud account, not ours.
- We have no ability to access, read, or recover it.
- Apple's handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
- You can turn sync off at any time in the app's Settings, and you can delete the stored copy from within the app.
Analytics
We record a small number of anonymous product events so we can tell which parts of the app work and which do not. Examples: the app was opened, setup was completed, a paywall was shown, a workout was completed, a purchase succeeded or failed.
- These events contain no name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or health records.
- They are not linked to your identity, and we do not attempt to re-identify you.
- We do not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA), and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. Progload does not show the App Tracking Transparency prompt because it does not track you.
Purchases
Subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are processed by Apple. We never see or receive your payment card details.
We use RevenueCat, Inc. to manage entitlements, that is, to determine whether your subscription or purchase is currently active. RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous customer identifier generated for your installation along with purchase receipt information from Apple. RevenueCat acts as our service provider and processes this information on our behalf. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
What we never do
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not show third-party advertising in the app.
- We do not require an account, email address, or password.
Data retention and deletion
Because your training data lives on your device and in your own iCloud, you control its lifetime. Deleting the app removes the local copy. The app's Settings screen can delete your data, including the synced copy. Anonymous analytics events are not tied to you and therefore cannot be selectively retrieved or deleted on request.
Children
Progload is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you. Because we hold no account and no identifiable training data, in most cases the data in question is already entirely in your possession. For anything else, contact support@progload.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EEA or UK, our lawful basis for the limited processing described above is our legitimate interest in operating and improving the app, and performance of our contract with you for purchase processing.
International transfers
Our service providers, including RevenueCat and Apple, may process information in the United States and other countries.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
