Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Fames Media LLC ("we", "us") covering your use of the Progload app. By downloading or using Progload you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Progload on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or resell the app except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

Subscriptions, trial, and the lifetime unlock

• Progload Pro is offered as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime unlock.
• New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription and your Apple account is charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• The lifetime unlock is a single purchase, not a subscription, and does not renew.
• Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and may vary by region. We may change prices for future periods; existing subscribers are notified as required by Apple.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under their policy, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.

Health and safety disclaimer

• Consult a physician before beginning any training program, particularly if you have an existing injury or medical condition.
• Weights, percentages, and progressions shown by the app are calculated from the numbers you enter and the program you select. They are suggestions, not instructions, and they do not account for your fatigue, technique, recovery, or health.
• You are responsible for judging whether a prescribed weight is appropriate on any given day, for using proper form, and for training safely, including the use of spotters and safety equipment.
• Stop training and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or other warning signs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, illness, or loss arising from your use of the app.

Third-party program names

Progload implements publicly documented training programs. Names such as nSuns, 5/3/1, and Starting Strength are used descriptively to identify the training methodology implemented. Progload is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the authors or owners of those programs, and all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Your data

Your training data belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of it. How it is stored and handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. While the app can sync to your private iCloud, we do not guarantee against data loss and cannot recover your data for you.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the app working but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features that depend on Apple services, including iCloud sync, Live Activities, and purchases, depend on those services being available.

Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of the above may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate your licence if you materially breach these terms.

Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the app. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of , United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
